Letter of Intent — Reserve your space at the EcoHub

The EcoHub is the serviced commercial building at the heart of Green Heart Kilifi — providing offices, co-working, meeting rooms, private pods, retail and dining, with reliable power, high-speed internet and a regenerative coastal setting. This form lets you register the space you would want and your preferred terms, so we can prioritise allocation as we finalise the building.

This Letter of Intent is non-binding. It is an expression of interest only — no payment is due now and it does not create a lease. It helps us gauge demand, shape the final unit mix, and offer you priority and preferential terms when leasing opens (target occupancy from ~mid-2028).

4 · Commercial preference — how you'd like to engage

Standard lease. Monthly rent at the indicative rates above, no upfront capital.
Deposit model. A refundable deposit in exchange for a ~20–30% discount on monthly rent.
Workspace investor (buy-in). Invest in the EcoHub and receive workspace credits plus a financial return — e.g. an office lease at ~20% below market, or co-working credits. (Ask us about the Tier 2 Workspace structure.)
