Letter of Intent — Reserve your space at the EcoHub

The EcoHub is the serviced commercial building at the heart of Green Heart Kilifi — providing offices, co-working, meeting rooms, private pods, retail and dining, with reliable power, high-speed internet and a regenerative coastal setting. This form lets you register the space you would want and your preferred terms, so we can prioritise allocation as we finalise the building.

This Letter of Intent is non-binding. It is an expression of interest only — no payment is due now and it does not create a lease. It helps us gauge demand, shape the final unit mix, and offer you priority and preferential terms when leasing opens (target occupancy from ~mid-2028).

Standard lease. Monthly rent at the indicative rates above, no upfront capital.

Prepay & save. Pay a block of time up front for a 10–25% discount on monthly rent (longer prepaid term = larger discount). Non-refundable, applied to rent.

Community Commons investor (buy-in). Invest in the EcoHub and receive workspace credits, a cash yield, and a member's share of the Green Heart Commons — its own half-acre plot, governed and developed by the community as it decides.
