Timing. The EcoHub opens mid-2028, with the garden pods delivering earlier, by mid-2027. Expressing interest now simply secures your priority and preferential founding rates — no payment, no lease yet.

Standard lease

Monthly rent at the indicative rates, no upfront capital.

Prepay & save

Pay a block of time up front for a 10–25% discount on monthly rent — the longer the prepaid term, the larger the discount. The prepayment is non-refundable and applied to your rent.

Invest in the building

The EcoHub is funded by its own community — an all-equity, on-chain raise of $1.76M, no bank debt. You can register interest to put capital in — alongside taking space, or instead of it. Submit this form and we will open the full investor data room — memo, financial model and market study.

Yield — a pure cash return

~7.0% Year-3 cash yield, paid ahead of everyone else — roughly 8.0% IRR over ten years. Indicative cheque $50K–$500K.

Community Commons — workspace + land + yield

A cash yield, plus workspace credits for the desk, pod or office you'd use, and a share of the Green Heart Commons — the community's own half-acre, governed by its members. From $1K.
